Our services

In short: what we do for you is scoped, in writing, in your letter of engagement.

AT Crew provides accountancy, tax planning, VAT, payroll, and related financial services for UK businesses and individuals. The scope of any engagement is set out in the letter of engagement agreed with each client.

Professional standards

In short: we answer to the Institute of Financial Accountants — not just to ourselves.

AT Crew is a member of the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA) and operates in accordance with its professional and ethical standards. Our published complaints procedure includes independent escalation through the IFA.

Client responsibilities

In short: give us accurate records in good time, and we can hit every deadline.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for us to carry out the agreed work. Filing deadlines can only be met where records and approvals are received in good time.

Fees and payment

In short: fees agreed up front, invoices due in 14 days, no surprises.

Fees are agreed before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. AT Crew reserves the right to suspend work on accounts with overdue balances.

Limitation of liability

In short: we are not liable for indirect losses, except where the law says otherwise.

AT Crew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual property

Governing law
